Job summary

Avigail Adam LLC in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline voice of our brand. This onsite role requires empathy, strong attention to detail, and composure under pressure as you assist customers across email and social channels.

You will respond promptly with accurate information about orders, shipping, returns, and product details, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with fulfillment and ecommerce teams to keep our brand voice warm and empowering.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social platforms
• Provide accurate, timely responses regarding orders, shipping timelines, returns, exchanges, and product details
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining brand tone and professionalism
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately
• Maintain and improve response templates and macros
• Log issues, trends, and feedback to help improve systems and processes
• Collaborate with fulfillment, inventory, and e-commerce teams to resolve order-related questions
• Uphold our brand voice in every interaction: warm, respectful, and empowering
• Schedule 1-1 virtual consultations with customers to demo products
