Job summary

Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is seeking a versatile Project/Warehouse Manager to support the DoD in Albany, GA. This full-time onsite role requires overseeing daily warehouse operations and serving as the primary onsite contact for Government representatives.

The position emphasizes contract performance, supervision of contractor personnel, resource efficiency, and quality control to ensure on-time completion of warehouse activities under contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, manage, and ensure the successful completion of contract requirements while serving as the Contractor's onsite point of contact for Government representatives.
• Provide overall supervision of contractor personnel, including planning and managing contract performance; ensure work is scheduled to maximize resources; provide timely reports.
• Provide effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of labor-hour services.
• Ensure cost-saving measures and quality control practices are implemented to support work being performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.
• Adjust staffing and work schedules to meet customer requirements while minimizing overtime.
