Raytheon Technologies in Dallas, Texas, seeks an experienced engineering support specialist to join the ASP Sustainment Program Operations. This onsite role partners with Production and Depot teams to prioritize testing schedules, monitor WIP, and support technical evaluations.

Candidates must have a university degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience, with active Top Secret clearance. You will troubleshoot, improve test procedures, and coordinate across depot engineering teams

Qualifications

Requires university degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
Experience with SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis, Depot, IMRO and/or CMES.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to support troubleshooting and align with RTAT goals.
Coordinate and provide support to test technicians for efficient testing processes.
Modify and improve test procedures to enhance fault isolation and reduce turnaround times.
Coordinate with Depot Engineering Technical Assistants to ensure seamless cross-team support.
