Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior-level engineer for the ASP Sustainment program, based primarily onsite in Dallas, TX. The role involves coordinating troubleshooting efforts with engineering and depot teams, and supporting test procedures to improve fault isolation and reduce RTAT.

The position requires extensive experience, a U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Travel is anticipated at <5% with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience
• An Advanced Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis, Depot, IMRO and/or CMES
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support troubleshooting aligned with RTAT goals
• Coordinate and support test technicians to ensure efficient testing processes
• Facilitate modification and improvement of test procedures to enhance fault isolation and reduce turnaround times
• Coordinate with Depot Engineering Technical Assistants to ensure seamless cross-team support
