Bridge Defense is looking for highly qualified Service Desk Technicians to provide technical support at the Army Enterprise Service Desk in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with a Level I AIT certification and possess strong knowledge in network troubleshooting, especially TCP/IP and VPN connectivity.

This full-time position is 100% onsite. Responsibilities include assisting customers with hardware and software issues, maintaining communication effectively, and providing excellent customer service. The company promotes a collaborative work environment and continuous development.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a current Level I AIT certification.
• Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
