Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integration Manager for the Next Gen Fighter Engine Program in East Hartford, CT. You will lead cross‑functional integration across engineering, operations, supply chain, and DoD stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

You will develop integrated schedules, costs, and performance metrics, manage risks, and drive reviews with military customers and leadership. A DoD lifecycle background and DoD security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in program management; DoD lifecycle, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving; experience with scheduling tools and formal reporting structures; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program integration for large military programs.
• Develop and communicate integrated master schedules, cost plans, and program metrics.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain and external DoD stakeholders.
• Identify and track key program risks; implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee performance to cost, schedule and baselines; ensure DoD and company requirements.
• Prepare and lead program reviews and leadership updates.
