Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• One or more years of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize documents for scanning
• Operate high-speed computerized scanning equipment
• Scan documents into the imaging system
• Accurately index scanned documents to the appropriate location
• Perform quality assurance checks for scan quality and indexing accuracy
• Rescan documents or correct indexing when necessary
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Organize time and resources to meet daily work requirements
