Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring Document Processors to support a large-scale digitization initiative across regional offices in Louisiana. This contract role requires onsite work and a 7:30 AM–4:30 PM shift, with travel between offices as needed.

You will prepare documents for scanning, operate industrial scanners, and upload files into secure databases. Mileage reimbursement applies for qualifying travel, and the position offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with document scanning or large-scale digitization projects.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Familiarity with secure document handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Windows Scheduler)

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare physical documents for scanning (remove staples, paper clips, sort files)
• Lift and move boxes of records (Approx. 35-50 pounds)
• Maintain document integrity and order
• Operate industrial scanners to digitize documents
• Ensure quality and accuracy of scanned files
• Upload files into secure databases
• Travel between offices within your assigned region is required
