Job summary

STAT Informatic Solutions is hiring a Document Processing Specialist to join our team onsite in Johnson City, TN. You will review, prepare, and scan documents, index them in company systems, and release them into production while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience. You will work 7:00am - 3:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, at $15.00 per hour, in an on-site environment with HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and relevant software preferred to perform daily production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and receive documents.
• Prepare documents for scanning following guidelines.
• Perform high-quality scanning and ensure image quality.
