• Scan documents with high quality and ensure batch counts align with cover sheets.
• Verify and index documents using company systems to release them into production workflow.
• Meet daily production goals as set by operations leadership.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies at all times.
