Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to manage daily dispatch needs, resolve on-the-road issues, and support customer service agents.

This on-site role requires strong communication, problem solving and multitasking in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will handle calls and emails, enter issues in daily trackers, and work toward one-call resolution while aiming for HUB scorecard metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year call center experience.
• 1–2 years customer service experience.
• This is an onsite role.
• Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch functions in a high-volume environment for multiple brands.
• Research delayed orders using WMS and WSI systems.
• Resolve issues like damaged deliveries and in-transit delays.
• Handle escalation emails within 24–48 hours.
• Support special projects and overflow call volume as needed.
