Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Arlington, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Clerk to join our fast-paced team.

This full-time, non-exempt role supports the movement of furniture and home goods through our Arlington DC, ensuring accurate receipt, placement, and inventory records. You will operate RF scanners, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months’ experience with RF scanners.
• onsite role requiring physical capability.
• Cross-training to operate equipment such as Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive returned furniture and match items to manifest, carton/LPN numbers, labels, and system records.
• Inspect furniture for damage, missing parts, packaging concerns, and discrepancies prior to dispositioning.
• Take photos of inconsistencies or damaged areas and submit to the photo team.
• Update item information and disposition as directed based on feedback.
• Run daily returns reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate material handling tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.
