Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Distribution Center Lead in Arlington, TX, onsite role leading a team across In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking and Put-Away to meet daily department goals with minimal supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of leadership experience, and knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving. Proficiency in Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400 is expected.

• Onsite role with warehouse operations exposure.
• Proficient in warehouse systems and inventory controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of associates for In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking and Put-Away.
• Support Operations Manager/General Manager to meet daily goals with minimal supervision.
• Train and direct staff to achieve productivity and safety targets.
• Coordinate workflows and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Monitor productivity and resolve issues to improve quality.
