Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC seeks a Director of Quality to lead all QA/QC operations, ensuring FDA and cGMP compliance, testing, and product release. The role partners with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support compliant operations and growth.

The Director will drive continuous improvement, maintain inspection readiness, and oversee regulatory inspections and customer audits as the site’s independent Quality authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in FDA-regulated quality roles (QA/QC) in cosmetics/pharma.
• Proven leadership of QA and QC teams and readiness for regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oxford manufacturing site's Quality organization (QA and QC).
• Establish quality priorities, capabilities, and resource plans.
• Serve as site senior Quality leader and independent Quality authority.
• Partner with site leadership to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee QA for manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and product-release activities.
• Support new product introductions and process changes with quality oversight.
