Job summary

Revlon Corporate seeks a Director, Quality to lead all QA and QC operations at the Oxford, NC manufacturing site, ensuring products are manufactured, tested, and released in compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements.

The senior Quality leader will partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Engineering, Supply Chain and Global Quality to enable compliant operations and growth, driving right-first-time execution and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related experience in an FDA-regulated environment, preferably cosmetics/pharmaceuticals.
• Significant leadership experience overseeing both QA and QC.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, Quality Systems, CAPA, change control, validation, and investigations.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and customer audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oxford site Quality organization (QA and QC).
• Establish quality priorities, capabilities, and resource plans.
• Serve as the site's senior Quality authority.
• Partner with site leadership to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee QA support for manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and product-release activities.
• Provide Quality leadership for new product introductions and process changes.
• Ensure effective oversight of suppliers and materials.
