Job summary

Revance seeks an Executive Director of Quality Control to oversee QC from drug development to commercialization, including manufacturing, clinical trials, and global regulatory compliance. The role drives phase-appropriate analytical development to support clinical programs and post-approval improvements with internal and third-party partners.

This strategic leader will manage regulatory interactions, quality systems, and staff development across QC, analytical chemistry, and microbiology teams

Qualifications

• Global GxP regulatory experience.
• Senior development executive in bio-pharma.
• Track record of regulatory approvals under responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC analytical and microbiology with global scope.
• Oversee GMP/GLP/GCP/GDP compliance and data integrity.
• Direct method development, validation and regulatory support.
• Manage drug substance, product manufacturing and release testing.
• Engage with FDA/EMA and external labs/CMOs.
• Build leadership capabilities and budgets for the department.
