Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Digital Workflow Services Associate to join our client’s team in Southfield, MI. This is an onsite, contract position.

$21-$23 (depending on experience). The candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Experience with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required. You will support client accounts, answer questions, and coordinate with branch and home-office teams in a call center setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, maintain, and service client accounts to ensure documentation meets applicable policies and regulations.
• Answer operational and compliance questions by phone or email.
• Prepare required mailings for clients.
• Serve as a liaison between branch personnel and home-office teams in a call center environment.
• Provide guidance on operational processes, policies, and timelines.
• Educate personnel on the use and maintenance of systems for submitting documentation.
• Batch and scan returned mail.
• Assist with onboarding and training other associates.
• Provide feedback to support continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
