Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Digital Program Lead to own the DT roadmap and execution for the Strike Initiatives SSBU. You will partner with program leadership to drive digital transformation from start-up to sustainment, aligning with engineering and proposal teams to deliver on program needs.

On-site role in Tucson, with relocation available. Requires a bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of related experience or a master’s degree with 5+ years, in CS/IT/Engineering/MIS or related fields.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, engineering, math, or STEM and 8+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DT touchpoint for SBU leadership and program management.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on opportunities, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis for complex DT challenges.
• Manage key performance metrics, financials, EVMS, and staffing with regular status reports.
• Partner with engineering and proposals teams to capture requirements and plan execution.
• Oversee the Program AOP, track spending, and ensure security/regulatory compliance.
