Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Digital Program Lead (DPL) to own the DT roadmap and execution for the Shipboard Missiles (SBM SSBU). You will serve as the DT touchpoint for program leadership and cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring readiness from start-up to sustainment.

The role requires agile leadership, program management experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. On-site work with relocation to Tucson available; comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance required before start.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
• Experience with Agile methods and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DT touchpoint for leadership and program teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap for scope, cost and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis for DT challenges.
• Manage KPIs, EVMS and staffing with regular status reports.
• Partner with engineering and proposals to capture requirements and plans.
• Oversee AOP, track spending and ensure DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG compliance.
• Direct DT personnel and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.
