Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Program Lead in Tucson, AZ to own the DT roadmap and drive program-wide digital transformation for the SBM SSBU. This onsite role requires leading program leadership, engineering and proposal teams to deliver value from start-up to sustainment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in agile program leadership with Scrum Master/Product Owner experience and eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance. RTX offers a competitive package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in a related field with substantial program leadership experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance required before start date.
Experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the digital transformation touchpoint for SBU leadership and program teams.
Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap aligned with scope, cost, and schedule.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis for DT challenges.
Manage metrics, EVMS, staffing and provide status reports and reviews.
Collaborate with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and plans.
Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan and track spending and compliance.
Direct DT personnel, resources, and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.
