Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design and 5–7 years of experience. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and maintain branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• 5–7 years of instructional design experience
• Ability to translate goals into learning journeys and assets
• Experience creating assessments and learning materials
• Strong collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Applied adult learning principles and learner-centered design

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals and content into learning journeys, microlearning, and modular experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and shape it into learning assets
• Create assessments, activities, job aids, and other materials
• Build and edit modules in approved authoring tools with consistent branding and learner experience
• Incorporate interactivity, scenario-based learning, and knowledge checks
• Revise content based on feedback and performance data
• Define content design standards, templates, and processes for speed and scalability
• Coordinate with training leaders, product teams, regional stakeholders, and platform support
