Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences for employees. Based in Lincolnshire, IL, this role blends on-site collaboration with hybrid work, focusing on modern instructional design strategies to boost performance.

You will work with stakeholders, apply ADDIE/SAM, and develop content across eLearning, ILT, VILT, webinars, and job aids, driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Proven design and delivery of training programs.
• Expertise in Articulate 360, PowerPoint & Adobe CC.
• Strong PM & organizational skills; can manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience in media production: video scripting, editing, graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging training using ADDIE/SAM models across formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, webinars, job aids).
• Create, update, and improve training materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple learning projects with timely delivery and business alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to meet training needs.
• Track training effectiveness and optimize content using data and metrics.
