Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Digital Instructional Designer to join our onsite team in Peoria, IL.

The role designs, develops, and optimizes digital learning modules for a learning experience platform supporting dealer sales enablement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate goals into engaging learning assets, build assessments, and ensure consistent branding and learner experience across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5–7 years of instructional design experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into learning journeys, microlearning, and modular experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape content into clear learning assets.
• Create assessments, activities, and job aids for learner support.
• Build modules in approved authoring tools with consistent branding and learner experience.
• Incorporate interactivity, scenario-based learning, and knowledge checks.
• Revise content based on feedback and performance data.
• Help define content design standards, templates, and processes.
• Coordinate with training leaders, product teams, and regional stakeholders.
