Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite IT support to end users.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Networking fundamentals knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Experience supporting executive-level users.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite IT support for end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts
• Perform workstation deployments, setup, and refreshes
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities
• Coordinate with remote Service Desk and Engineering teams for escalations
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset inventory
• Deliver white-glove support to executive and VIP users
• Support network, wireless, and conference room technology as needed
• Ensure timely ticket updates and adherence to service expectations
