System One is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an onsite, contract role in Fairfield, Ohio. The position offers a 40-hour work week with a pay rate up to $26/hour.

You will image equipment, install software, and set up devices for new hires and contractors, and support Autopilot via Intune and printer configurations. This onsite/hybrid role requires working four days a week at the headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support, including imaging equipment, installing software, and setting up devices.
• Knowledge of Autopilot, Intune, and printer configurations.
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment, four days a week at the headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging, software installation, and device setup for new hires, transfers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with associates as part of the Corporate Refresh program.
• Support the Autopilot experience via Intune, addressing manual software install needs and printer configurations.
