Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and endpoint issues beyond routine support.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and support records.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and authentication methods; administer Exchange and Entra ID settings.
