You will provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while learning across hardware, software, and network topics.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a college IT-related degree program.
Interest in IT fields including hardware, peripherals, UC, identity access, data protection, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Assist with setup and deployment of new equipment and tech.
Perform routine maintenance to keep IT systems running smoothly.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues and improve processes.
Provide end-user training and guidance on IT best practices and policies.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Contribute to KPI-driven efforts to identify inefficiencies and improve service.
