Insight Global in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to provide hands-on Tier II desktop and deskside support for end users, covering Windows devices, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 services.

You will image and deploy devices, resolve VPN and network issues, and collaborate with IT teams to improve the user experience. Compensation ranges from $30 to $40 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package starting after day 31.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow.
Strong deskside and end-user support experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver Tier II desktop and deskside support for end users.
Provision, image, deploy, and maintain Windows and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft 365, Intune, ServiceNow, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including procurement and asset tracking.
Provide iOS, iPadOS, and basic MacOS support.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
