Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I to provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals in Winnetka, IL on a first shift schedule (7:30a-4p or 8a-4:30p CST). Compensation is $26/hour.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy and document procedures, and collaborate with vendors while delivering exceptional customer service in a team-driven environment. DYOPATH offers growth, certifications, and an award-winning culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
A+ Certification required.
Experience with desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person.
Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications.
Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures.
Document processes and create knowledge base articles.
Act as a liaison with third‑party vendors and technicians.
Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs.
Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
