Job summary

Motion Recruitment is hiring for a hands-on Desktop Engineer on a 12-month project based in Baltimore and Owings Mills, MD. This onsite role requires five days per week on site and reliable transportation for travel between local sites.

You will image, configure, test, and deploy Windows 11 devices for new hires and large-scale rollouts and collaborate with technology teams to ensure devices are secure and ready to use.

Qualifications

• Windows imaging and configuration experience.
• Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, BitLocker, OneDrive, and endpoint security.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, test, and deploy Windows 11 devices for new hires, hardware refreshes, and large-scale rollouts.
• Troubleshoot build issues, document work in ServiceNow, and coordinate with technology teams to ensure devices are secure and ready to use.
