Cognizant is seeking a Desktop Engineer Intern to provide hands-on, onsite IT support that keeps end users productive and devices running smoothly. You will be a valued member of the internal IT support team and work collaboratively with fellow IT team members and client site staff.

This onsite internship at Cognizant's Hooksett, NH offices requires 5 days a week on site, 20 hours per week, and begins in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college pursuing a STEM major.
• Availability to work part-time, 20 hours per week onsite.
• A high level of quality and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between HQ and Retail locations as required to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide onsite printer support for label, mobile, receipt printers and toners.
• Configure new desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals per SOPs.
• Review knowledge base and SOPs, update outdated SOPs and create SOPs for new processes.
