Job summary
Diné Development Corporation in Boulder, CO seeks a Desktop Endpoint Specialist to provide onsite desktop and endpoint support, software deployment, and security management. Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience.
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Hands-on with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Intune/Endpoint Management and security tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop/endpoint support for end users.
- Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices.
- Install software, manage licenses, and inventories.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and device issues.
- Deploy using BigFix, Intune, and Company Portal.
- Maintain endpoint security and BitLocker encryption.
- Support printers, Surface Hub, and peripherals.
- Maintain documentation and SOPs; aid knowledge transfer.
- Support SPIRNet/unclassified environments as authorized.
