Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a User Support Engineer to support DES DODNet MES-NET program, focusing on systems integration, cybersecurity controls, and deployment of endpoint technologies in the DODNet environment. The role requires a Secret clearance and DoD 8570 baseline certification, with extensive experience in SCCM/MECM and endpoint solutions.

The position involves senior technical responsibilities, collaboration with R&D and network teams, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required for the role.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or DoDM 8570 Baseline) required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of technical training, certifications and experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering design and operations experience.
• 7+ years configuring, securing, and troubleshooting end-user computing devices.
• Experience with SCCM, MECM, Intune, VMware, Azure VDI, Desktop EndPoint solutions including Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Support system integration, evaluation, site surveys, verification, validation and risk analysis.
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs and schedules; communicate with stakeholders regularly.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with R&D, server and network groups.
• Support desktop imaging, SCCM/MECM, Intune deployments and endpoint management.
