Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a User Support Engineer to advance system integration, security posture, and deployment of endpoint solutions within the DES DODNet MES-NET program. You will work on SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accreditation and mission success.

The role requires a Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and 5+ years of systems engineering experience in a DoD-like environment.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required for role.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or DoD 8570 baseline) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of technical training and experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering design and operations experience.
• 7+ years experience configuring, securing, and troubleshooting end-user computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Support system integration, evaluation and analysis for total systems and architectures.
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs, and schedules; document lessons learned.
• Lead integrated product teams (IPT) to meet customer requirements.
• Provide input to project schedules and risk mitigation; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support desktop and release activities including SCCM/MECM, MECM, and Intune deployments.
