Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a reliable Desk Side Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for end-users and warehouse operations in Hebron, Kentucky. The role involves hardware/software troubleshooting, account provisioning, and managing IT assets in a fast-paced facility.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, 2+ years in desk-side support, and experience with desktop environments. On-site morning shift with 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM hours and no travel required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years desk-side or desktop support experience.
- Proficient in Windows, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Able to work on-site in Hebron, KY 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desk-side support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner issues.
- Create, configure, and support user accounts and system access requests.
- Deploy new workstation builds and perform imaging/re-imaging as needed.
- Track and manage IT asset inventory and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and asset records.
