Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Hebron, Kentucky, is seeking a reliable Desk Side Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for end-users and warehouse operations.

The role covers troubleshooting hardware/software, account provisioning, asset management, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests in a fast-paced facility. The position requires at least 2 years of desk-side experience, strong Windows troubleshooting, and the ability to work the 3:30 AM–12:30 PM shift onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of desk-side or desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Experience with printers, scanners, and end-user devices.
• Fundamental networking, LAN, and telephony concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desk-side support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner issues.
• Create, configure, and support user accounts and access requests.
• Deploy new workstation builds and perform imaging/re-imaging.
• Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse printers, scanners, and equipment.
• Support warehouse applications and hardware systems (training provided).
• Manage IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle.
• Perform IMAC tasks for desktops and devices.
• Provide Tier 1 support for network and telephony incidents.
