Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead large-scale construction from inception through closeout, onsite in Sidney, OH. The role focuses on safety, schedule, cost, quality, and contract compliance while directing teams and subcontractors on high-value data center projects.

You will establish project controls, manage financials, and drive risk mitigation. This is a demanding, leadership-heavy position requiring strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or an engineering discipline.
• Experience independently running construction projects with a value of $30 million or more.
• Strong experience in project controls, including scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
• Experience with change order management and RFIs.
• Proficiency in cost analysis and financial forecasting for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project safety plan in collaboration with corporate safety.
• Establish and implement project controls and procedures for complex requirements.
• Manage the project financial forecast, notices, and billings to meet contract requirements.
• Create and manage a project-specific quality plan aligned with the owner contract and documents.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive project closeout plan and lead turnover.
