Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking innovative intern candidates in the Real Estate Services Group (RESG) to support design and facility management for multiple projects in Cleveland. You will gain hands-on experience with digital modeling, plan documentation, 3D scanning, and construction project support, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Architecture or Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong computer/technical skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are expected.
• Ability to multitask and work in deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to work both in a group setting and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support RESG design and facility management across multiple projects, aligning with Bank standards.
• Collect scan updates of 3D point-cloud data using the Bank’s handheld scanner, oversee hosting platform, and train users.
• Assist construction management from preconstruction through active oversight to close-out.
• Maintain and update electronic files and documentation for space-related information.
• Perform additional responsibilities to gain exposure to the full range of RESG activities.
