Job summary

Agility 360 is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract in Phoenix, AZ. You will support IDS products on IntraFi and Reich & Tang platforms, handling onboarding, reconciliations, settlements, and cash management operations.

The role requires 2+ years in Banking Operations, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of deposit products and regulatory requirements. Onsite work and cross-functional collaboration are key components of the position.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations or related financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of deposit operations, account servicing, cash management products, and transaction processing.
Working knowledge of IntraFi products (ICS, CDARS, IND) and Reich & Tang platforms.
Experience with reconciliations, balancing procedures, settlement processing, and general ledger controls.
Understanding of operational risk management, dual-control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with banking systems including FIS IBS, IntraFi, R&T CAP, FTM, SharePoint, and Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service across departments.

Responsibilities

Process and maintain IDS products and services across IntraFi and Reich & Tang platforms in line with procedures and controls.
Perform new account onboarding, profile creation, maintenance, and migrations between IDS platforms.
Handle ICS and R&T manual transactions including deposits/withdrawals and settlement activity.
Administer CDARS activity including maturities, renewals, redemptions, and balance prep.
Manage cash manager accounts, multi-tier sweeps, and liquidity configurations.
Process maintenance requests (addresses, rate changes, ownership changes) and service conversions.
Create and maintain rate plans, pricing structures, and system reports.
Daily/periodic reconciliation, settlement validation, reporting, and audit support.
Research and resolve discrepancies, system errors, and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with RM, Treasury, Accounting, IT, Risk, and external vendors.
