TEKsystems in Lowell, AR is seeking a Detail-oriented Deposit Servicing Specialist I to support its Deposit Operations team. You will process customer deposit requests, maintain account information, and ensure transactions meet SLAs with accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in banking or financial services, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. This contract role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to CBS or Signature platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in banking, financial services, customer account servicing, transaction processing, or related operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience following established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer deposit account maintenance requests and servicing transactions.
• Review and manage daily work queues while meeting service-level expectations.
• Perform account updates, corrections, and maintenance with high accuracy.
• Research and resolve account-related issues and follow up with internal partners.
• Validate and process outgoing wire transfer requests according to procedures and limits.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information across banking systems.
• Escalate unusual transactions, operational concerns, or compliance issues to management.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML.
• Support operational efficiency initiatives and assist with special projects.
