Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an Onsite Lead for the New Jersey Iselin location to drive delivery ownership and coordinate between factory and client teams.

You will manage intake, readiness validation, access coordination, and scheduling while defining upgrade waves by priority and technology stack.

This role demands strong PM experience in modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, with Jira/Azure DevOps/ServiceNow/Confluence/Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience in modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform programs.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, dependency management, security remediation, and release governance.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery through governance, planning, and tracking.
• Serve as onsite interface between factory and client application teams.
• Coordinate intake, readiness validation, access, and scheduling.
• Define upgrade waves by criticality, stack, dependency complexity, and priority.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, security, DevOps, and release managers.
• Track throughput metrics and handovers, and closures.
• Manage risks, blockers, escalations, and change windows.
• Prepare weekly status reports and operational dashboards.
• Support stakeholder communication and escalation resolutions.
