Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for an onsite role in Iselin, New Jersey. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery ownership, governance, planning, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.

You will serve as the primary onsite interface between factory teams and client application teams, coordinating intake, readiness, access, and schedules, while defining upgrade waves by priority and technology stack.

Qualifications

• Strong project/program management experience in application modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering programs.
• Understanding of CI/CD, application dependency management, security vulnerability remediation, and release governance.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms
• Ability to manage distributed onsite/offshore teams

Responsibilities

• Overall delivery-ownership, governance, planning, tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Act as the primary onsite interface between factory team and client application teams
• Manage application intake, readiness validation, access coordination, and schedule alignment
• Define upgrade waves by application criticality, technology stack, dependency complexity, and business priority
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, application owners, security teams, DevOps teams, and release managers
• Track throughput metrics such as applications assessed, upgrades completed, builds passed, test failures, handovers, and closures
• Manage risks, blockers, escalations, change windows, and application team dependencies
• Ensure factory team follows agreed processes, documentation standards, and handover procedures
• Prepare weekly status reports, steering committee updates, and operational dashboards
• Support stakeholder communication and escalation resolution
