The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architecture or technology leadership, deep experience designing enterprise applications, and a proven ability to translate business needs into robust technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles within enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable application architectures with maintainability and extensibility.
• Deep understanding of application management, reference data, and maintenance platforms in financial services.
• Strong background in requirements analysis, business process design, and translating needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with data modeling, system integrations, API architectures, and modernization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and modernization of the COA Maintenance Module, defining target-state architecture.
• Establish foundational design and technical frameworks to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver robust, future-ready platforms.
• Drive key architectural decisions that align with strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
• Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and develop a roadmap for future platform evolution.
