The Delivery Service Dispatcher at Aston Carter will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues.

Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor, emphasizing accuracy, communication, and attention to detail.
