Job summary

Penske's EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, is seeking a Dedicated Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that Safety, Customer, and Driver Goals are met or exceeded. Driving profitability through contract compliance, expense mitigation, and business growth.

Shift: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-7:00PM; Pay Range: $54,000-$57,000 (depending on experience).

Qualifications

• Two years of transportation operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to align with service requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in compliance with company standards.
• Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; collaborate with customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Partner with PTL to ensure equipment receives timely maintenance and repairs.
