Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, payroll submission, billing accuracy, driver coordination, and maintenance coordination with PTL. Requires 2 years in transportation ops, HS diploma, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant Transportation Operation Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Intermediate Dispatch experience.
• Intermediate geography knowledge.
• Basic finance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to align with service requirements.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customer needs.
• Process payroll submission in line with company standards.
• Manage billing processes and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Engage with drivers to address daily operatio nal concerns.
• Coordinate with PTL for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and oversee safety programs and driver coaching.
