Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Technology Analyst II for our Robards, KY distribution center. You will support and maintain software and hardware integral to the DC environment, including configuration, setup, and updates, with training of end users as needed.

This onsite role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and ensuring production systems run reliably. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years in a related field are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in a distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots routine software and hardware issues with little guidance.
• Configures, tests, and supports platforms or applications to deliver business value.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Helps refine the team’s backlog and assists in delivery estimates.
• Ensures new features and functions are tested and monitored in production.
