Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Technology Analyst II for our Robards, KY distribution center. You will support and maintain software/hardware, configure and update applications, and train end users on basic processes. Onsite Monday–Friday with hours determined.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a tech-savvy background, and familiarity with warehouse systems. Collaborative Agile practices and proactive problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in a distribution environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots routine software and hardware issues with little to no guidance.
• Diagnoses issues as bugs, broken equipment, or procedural origin.
• Resolves recurring issues in Desktop Support, Reporting, and Equipment.
• Deploys known hardware independently.
• Understands basic principles of Warehouse Controls Systems and interfaces.
• Develops end-user training materials and deploys training.
• Configures, tests, and supports applications to deliver business value.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Helps refine the team backlog and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Monitors health, availability, and performance of software in production.
