Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of advanced data center portfolios. You will own projects from concept through turnover, guide multidisciplinary teams, and set high standards for delivery.

You will report to the Director of Construction and drive accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem solving across complex portfolios. You will oversee due diligence, master planning, and construction phases, ensuring safe, on-schedule, and within-budget outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience is required.
• Data center development or construction experience is required.
• Substation design experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and master/campus planning for assigned data center portfolio.
• Oversee multi-build programs and ensure alignment with campus delivery objectives.
• Direct engineering firms and general contractors through all project phases.
• Provide constructability input for electrical and mechanical designs to optimize cost and buildability.
• Guide clients on design tradeoffs to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Deliver executive-level updates on metrics, schedules, risks, and financials.
