Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Database Coordinator to support data collection, maintenance, and reporting across HSIS and related systems from the Pittsburgh HQ. You will lead data quality efforts, build dashboards, and provide training to staff while collaborating with program teams.

The role requires expertise in Power BI or Tableau, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Research and resolve system problems and implement updates.
• Data: Collect, compile, and submit data to meet contracts and create dashboards.
• Processes and Projects: Launch feature upgrades and map releases.
• User Support: Develop training programs and provide ongoing assistance.
